Activate your license key
Paste your license key in the app to activate it on this computer. The license term starts on the day you activate.
Activate
- Start SharePoint Migrator.
- On the activation screen, paste your license key (it starts with
SPM-) and click Activate. - If you are on the free trial, open License and click Enter serial number instead.
Your keys are in the e-mail you received after purchase, and always under My licenses after you sign in.
Good to know
- One key per computer. Each key activates on one computer. Buying for a team? Buy one license per computer.
- The term starts at activation, not at purchase. Activate within 90 days of purchase.
- Internet is needed once to activate. After that the app checks in every 12 hours and keeps working offline for up to 30 days.
"This serial is already activated on another computer" means the key is in use elsewhere. To move it, see Move your license to another computer.
No internet on this computer?
Ask us for an offline license. Send the Machine ID shown on the activation screen (format XXXXX-XXXXX) through a support ticket.
