- Move your license to another computerDeactivate the license on the old PC, then activate the same key on the new one. The remaining term carries over.
- How the 7-day free trial worksThe trial needs a work e-mail address, runs for 7 days on one computer and copies up to 500 items.
- Renew your licenseRenew early without losing days: the new year starts when the current one ends.
- Activation and serial number errorsEvery activation message – already activated elsewhere, moved too often, expired, wrong product, wrong computer – and what to do.
- The free trial limit was reachedTrial tasks stop with a "Trial limit" warning after the trial's item allowance. Enter a serial number and run the task again.
