What you get

Everything an IT Division runs on, in one site

Built on content types and site columns, so the same field means the same thing everywhere – no duplicate "Status" columns.

Service desk

Service Requests and Incidents with priorities, severities and queues: My Queue, Unassigned and resolution targets per priority.

Change management

Change Requests with change types and an Awaiting CAB view, ready for an approval flow.

Assets and vendors

An Asset Register with Warranty Expiring, plus Vendors & Contracts so renewals are never a surprise.

Project portfolio

Projects with RAG status and four Manager: views for the portfolio at a glance.

Governed documents

Policies & Standards and Technical Documentation with review dates, Overdue for Review and two restricted libraries.

Metrics and reports

A manager dashboard with weekly trends, colour-coded KPI tiles and per-engineer HTML/CSV reports, weekly and monthly.

How it works

Configure, check, deploy

Configure

Edit one file, site-config.json: tenant, site address, owners and your brand colour. The whole theme and the coloured status pills are generated from that colour.

Check

Run the prerequisite check – it changes nothing. Then a dry run with -WhatIf shows exactly what will be created.

Deploy

One PowerShell command creates the site, lists, content types, views, pages and permissions in three to six minutes, with a transcript of every step.

Licensing

One licence per tenant, checked offline

Your licence key is bound to your SharePoint tenant and verified on your admin workstation – nothing phones home, so it works on locked-down machines.

  • Deploy as many times as you need in your tenant
  • Renewal options appear 3 days before the end; renewing early loses no days
  • When a term ends, the deployment and reporting tools stop – your site and its data keep working

Requirements

  • Microsoft 365 with SharePoint Online
  • PowerShell 7.2+ and PnP.PowerShell 3.0+
  • An Entra ID app for PnP (registered once, guided)
  • Site Collection Administrator; SharePoint Administrator to create the site

Includes eight guides: implementation, user, administration, Power Automate flows, information architecture, metrics, colours and licensing.
